House projects - redux

So we're getting ready for phase two of the house remodeling. Once Summer pops the kid out, we'll be back on track for the new updates.

Here's what's coming in phase deux:

1. New fence
2. New Tuff-Shed
3. Repaint upstairs (bye bye Egyptian-looking splatter art)
4. Remove carpet on stairs and master bath
5. Install tile in master bath
6. Remove stair rails and replace with wrought iron.
7. Install travertine on stairs and finish with wood.

I think that's it. Might do some backyard stuff too. We'll see.

As always, pics will come when the projects start. We anticipate the fence to be first and that'll start in a couple weeks.
